Can you clean outside of trading hours?
Absolutely. Most of our commercial contracts run early mornings, evenings or weekends so cleaning never disrupts trade. Our crews are police-checked and key/alarm-trained for after-hours access.
Do you offer end-of-lease and makegood cleans for commercial premises?
Yes — full vacate and makegood cleans to landlord and real-estate standards, with photo documentation and sign-off. Includes carpet shampoo, strip-and-seal and high-dust as required.
Are you fully insured for commercial sites?
Yes. $20m public liability, workers compensation and full equipment insurance. We can issue COIs, SWMS and inductions for any commercial client that requires them before contract start.
Do you sign cleaning contracts and SLAs?
Yes. Most clients run on a 12-month rolling contract with monthly invoicing, a defined scope of works and KPI reporting. No lock-in beyond 12 months — fair-go terms either way.
